  • Team Effectiveness Engagements: A structured engagement with a team, comprised of phases to Assess your team’s status quo, Reset your team’s Foundation, Structure, and Engagement factors, and Sustain the team’s capabilities to anchor improvements.

  • Team Offsites: Team Offsites are Team Development (or at least should be!). In addition to helping you design and facilitate offsites, we incorporate foundational team development concepts to help ensure that your team addresses not only business fundamentals, but also team dynamics and individual grounded leadership.

  • Engagement Skills Workshops: Short, tailored workshops focused on improving team engagement, using coach-like skills, tools, and concepts grounded in neuroscience and human development theory. These workshops help individuals and teams improve awareness of the dynamics of meetings and interactions, and use skills and tools to improve those dynamics and reach better outcomes.

  • Change Management Team Acceleration: Leading change is difficult, and requires a range of skills, knowledge, persistence, resilience, mindsets, and styles of leadership. Change Leader Acceleration supports leaders driving change efforts with a mix of learning, customized development plan, and coaching on mindsets, resilience, behaviors, and core change leadership competencies.
