About Us

Trail Magic

Our philosophy is guided by the idea of Trail Magic. Sometimes in our lives and careers, getting just the right kindness, support, or navigation not only sets us on our own best path, it also can reinvigorate our purpose, commitment, joy and purpose in this world. Our goal is to help you and your team with insights to find your way out of the wilderness, and set out on your own best path.

Trail Magic refers to unexpected acts of kindness or generosity experienced by hikers, often on long-distance trails. It typically comes from strangers, known as "trail angels," who provide support in various forms. This could include offering food, drinks, or supplies, providing transportation, leaving care packages along the trail, or setting up rest areas for weary hikers. Trail Magic embodies the spirit of community and goodwill in the hiking world, adding moments of joy and encouragement to challenging journeys.

Testimonials

I not only enjoyed our calls, but I got a lot out of them. The engaging and challenging questions, the time to focus on problems or goals, even the subtle pivoting to focus on an issue--this all gave me a wonderful opportunity to reflect on where I was and where I wanted to be.

As I think about other issues in my life, I know that I will approach them better and more thoroughly because of the coaching in these sessions.

[The] continuous focused conversations helped me confront a few difficult realities. The fact that it was done positively/constructively made it an easier process to engage in.
