Short, tailored workshops focused on improving team engagement, using coach-like skills, tools, and concepts grounded in neuroscience and human development theory. These workshops help individuals and teams improve awareness of the dynamics of meetings and interactions and use skills and tools to improve those dynamics and reach better outcomes.

Key Concepts

Mentoring vs. Coaching: Exploring the distinctions between mentoring and coaching and when to apply each approach for maximum team development. Leaders will distinguish between coaching and mentoring/problem-solving, and other forms of support, and when and how to “shift gears” into the type of leadership called for in a given moment.

Advanced Engagement Skills: Introduce foundational engagement skills and concepts that are grounded in developmental psychology, neuroscience, and research in leadership effectiveness.
Managing Self - Values & Inner/Outer Game: A shared commitment to what is important to the team about how it works, so the team has their own internal measure of how they are functioning. A team that operates through their Values means living in the Creative dimension.
Crucial Conversations: How to navigate high-stakes, emotionally charged conversations with clarity, composure, and effectiveness, leading to better team alignment and decision-making.
